At The Niram Collective, every piece is thoughtfully upcycled from preloved sarees and textiles. Transformed with care, intention, and respect for the fabric’s past life. Because each garment is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted, natural variations in weave, colour, and texture are part of its unique story.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and every item is carefully inspected before it reaches you. 

What is your return policy?

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about measurements, fit, or fabric behaviour, feel free to DM or email us; we’re always happy to guide you.

✔ Returns for Sizing Issues (within 2 days)

We offer returns only for sizing issues, reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached
  • Customer covers return shipping cost
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item

❗ No Returns for Change of Mind or Minor Imperfections

Because our pieces are unique and handcrafted from upcycled sarees, we do not accept returns for change of mind, colour expectations, or minor imperfections that naturally occur with preloved fabrics.

Due to the nature of upcycling, slight irregularities in colour or texture are normal and not considered defects. These natural variations make each Niram piece truly one-of-a-kind.

What to do if you've received a damaged or wrong item?

If your item is severly damaged or you have received the wrong item:
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item at hello@theniramcollective.com with photos and your order number. We'll be happy to assist.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order. We only allow refunds for sizing issues within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us at hello@theniramcollective.com with your order number. If you are shipping an item valued at over $80, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Niram Closet Rental Collection

We want your rental experience to be seamless but since rentals are time-sensitive and tied to event dates, our policy is:

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before your rental start date.
  • Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance will be eligible for store credit, redeemable for future rentals or purchases.

In case of sizing issues or defects:
If your rented item doesn’t fit or arrives with a fault, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with an exchange (subject to availability) or refund.

Niram Credits

Niram Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can be used for rentals or purchases unless otherwise stated. If you use credits on a rental and the order is cancelled within our eligible window, the credits will be returned to your account.
