What condition are the items in?

Our dry cleaner uses an extensive cleaning process that combines expert fabric care with advanced cleaning technology. We professionally maintain and inspect all of our items so they arrive in like-new condition.

Do you carry my sizes?

Our growing wardrobes are available in sizes ranging from S to 3XL. If you don't see your size, drop us a message or email and we will work on bringing in more sizes for your fit!

Do I have to pay for laundry?

Nope! Dry-cleaning costs are already included in your rental.

How does the order schedule work?

The first day of your rental period is the day you receive the item. And on the last day of your rental period, you will need to return the item.

Can I order more than one outfit at a time?

Yes, you can order multiple outfits for one rental period.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance will be eligible for store credit, redeemable for future rentals or purchases. No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before your rental start date.

What will happen if I don't return the items on time?

You will be charged with late fee if you don't return the item on time. Your late fee is 50% of your actual rental fee per day, so make sure to return your item on time. If you do not return the items more than 7 days from your return date, you will be charged with a full retail price and the item will belong to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship out within Singapore only.

Do you provide alteration?

No, we do not provide alteration service, but we do provide size swap with an extra charge.

What if I damage the outfit?

Dry cleaning is covered by us for minor and removable stains; however, if the damage is major (beyond repair), or the dress becomes lost or stolen, then unfortunately, you are required to be fully charged with its full retail price.

Can I return the item earlier than the return date scheduled?

Yes, you can reach out to us at hello@theniramcollective.com for arrangements; however, we will not refund the remaining rent days left.

Can I try the item before I place the order?

You will need to place an order to get the item sent to you. However, worry not, because we offer size swap just in case the item does not fit you. Please reach out to us at hello@theniramcollective.com for further assistance. Do note that you will be charged for the processing fee of $20 for a size swap

What if my outfit does not fit? 

If the outfit in your order does not fit, you can switch the size or if other size is not available, then you can select other model (and pay for the price discrepancy if needed) as your replacement with an additional cost of $20 for processing & delivery fee within the first 24 hours of your rental period. After that, we are unable to provide a replacement. 

If we cannot send a replacement in time for your event, you will receive store credits on your Niram account for the cost of your order, less shipping. To remain eligible for your credit, you must reach out to us within the first 24 hours of your rental period.

Can I sell my clothes to Niram for rental?

At this time, we are not accepting garments for direct sale or consignment for rental. Our upcycled collections are curated exclusively from sarees donated to The Niram Collective through our donation program.
